Here's a rare opportunity to own some acreage that would make for a great country homesite, getaway place or a hunting/recreational property. Property is in a good location out in the country. This land is located near the Owen/Greene County line and is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Spencer and less than 30 minutes from Bloomington or Bloomfield, enjoy all that country life has to offer but still only a short drive to town or work. Property has an easement road from Porter Ridge Rd that leads back to this secluded property. A selective timber harvest was recently done and has added some nice trails for easily getting around the property and enjoying the sounds of nature. There is a good buildable location on the property for a country home or getaway cabin. County water, electric and fiber are available at Porter Ridge Rd and could be run to the property. This area is home to an abundance of wildlife. A few brooks run through the property providing a water source for the wildlife. This ground provides excellent opportunities for deer, turkey, small game and morel mushroom hunting. There are also 4 other separate split tracts being offered for sale, see maps for different tracts. Opportunities like this seldom come along.
